Who we are
This website, fratrum.co.uk, is operated by Fratrum Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Fratrum Ltd is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@fratrum.co.uk.
What this site collects
Very little. This site does not use cookies, analytics tags, advertising trackers or embedded third-party content. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, IONOS, records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser type and the referring page. These logs are used to keep the site secure and reliable, and are retained for a limited period in line with the provider's policies.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.
Legal basis
We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure website and responding to people who contact us (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. Links to our portfolio companies lead to sites with their own privacy notices, which apply once you leave fratrum.co.uk.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@fratrum.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this notice changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date.
